1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Examebuddy, you agree to be bound by these Student Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Wallet Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform
Examebuddy is an **online practice and mock examination platform**.
* All exams provided are **mock / model / practice exams only**
* Exams are **not official government examinations**
* Examebuddy is **not affiliated with any government, department, or examination authority**
* Exam results are for **self-evaluation and practice purposes only**

👉 We **do not guarantee** success, ranking, or performance in real government or competitive examinations.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
* There is **no minimum age limit** to use Examebuddy.
* Users below 18 years are expected to use the platform with the guidance of a parent or guardian.
* Each user is permitted to maintain **only one account**.
* Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
* Use the platform only for **learning and practice**
* Provide accurate registration information
* Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
* Not attempt to copy, resell, or distribute exam content
5. Free and Paid Exams
* Some exams are **free**, while others are **paid**
* Paid exams require sufficient wallet balance before access
* Prices are determined by the teacher and may vary between exams
6. Exam Attempts & Re-attempts
* Students may be allowed to **attempt the same exam multiple times**
* Re-attempts may be:
* Free, or
* Charged at a reduced price, or
* Charged at the same price
(This is entirely decided by the teacher)
* Examebuddy provides system support for teachers to:
* Allow free retries
* Charge for retries
* Limit or allow multiple attempts

7. Answers, Reviews & Feedback
* Exam answers, explanations, or mistake reviews may be provided after completion
* Availability of answers depends on the exam and teacher’s configuration
* Students may leave **reviews or feedback** regarding exams
* Reviews must be respectful and must not contain abusive or false content
8. Wallet, Payments & Access
* Students can top-up their wallet via **bank transfer** (currently)
* Wallet balance is used to purchase paid exams
* Once an exam is purchased:
* **No refund is provided**
* Access remains available for future attempts (if allowed)
9. Refunds (Summary)
* Wallet refunds are subject to:
* A minimum refundable amount of **LKR 200**
* A reasonable request submitted via official email
* Platform review and approval
* Exam payments are **non-refundable**

10. Intellectual Property
* All exam content is protected by intellectual property laws
* Students are **not permitted** to:
* Copy questions
* Screenshot, record, or redistribute exams
* Share content outside the platform

Unauthorized use may result in account suspension.
11. Platform Rights

Examebuddy reserves the right to:

* Modify or discontinue any exam or feature
* Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
* Update platform rules and policies from time to time

# 12. Limitation of Liability

Examebuddy is not responsible for:
* Exam accuracy or syllabus alignment
* Student performance or exam outcomes
* Decisions made based on mock exam results
* Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

Use of the platform is at the student’s own discretion and risk.
13. Account Suspension & Termination

* Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms
* Wallet balances are **not refundable** in case of suspension due to misuse
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of Examebuddy after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
